The Caddo Shreveport Sales & Use Tax Commission will be hosting the 2nd Quarter LATA Conference at the Sam’s Town Hotel & Casino located at 315 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA 71107.
The hotel room rates are $115 per night plus a resort fee of $8.99 per night. Reservations must be made no later than May 27, 2025 to receive the conference rate. Those who are making hotel reservations will be required to pay a $100 deposit with a credit card at the time of check-in. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Garaged self-parking is available at 59 Fannin Street, Shreveport, LA 71101. After parking, you may take the sky bridge on the 3rd level to the hotel/casino. Valet parking is currently not available at the property.

The conference registration fee is $325.00 for LATA members and $375.00 for non-members. Should you desire to bring a guest, a guest fee of $115 will apply to cover costs of participation in food and beverage. We will have a Wednesday Night Social (Location TBA) and also please be ready to warm up your vocals to display your singing skills as our favorite local Karaoke DJ from Treetop Entertainment will be ready for you on Thursday night!
