**9/10/24 - Update**

Due to Tropical Storm Francine the 3rd Quarterly Conference has been rescheduled to September 26th-27th.

The Jefferson Davis and LaFourche Parish Sales Tax Departments are proud to host the 3^rd Quarterly conference in Natchitoches, LA. The conference will be held in conjunction with the LULST Board’s Annual Educational Program. The conference will be held September 12^th – 13^th at the Chateau St. Denis Hotel located at 751 Second Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457.

The hotel has set a room rate of $109 plus applicable tax and fees for our events. (Don’t forget those exemption forms!). The check-in time is 4:00PM and check out time is noon. You can make a reservation by calling 318-951-4105 or 888-900-9937. You must mention that you are part of the LATA group when calling to receive the special room rate.

Thursday evening, we will have a Steel Magnolias themed dinner & entertainment. I know we have some creative film buffs in our organization. Come dressed as your best Ouiser, Shelby, Drum or any character from the movie for a chance to win a special prize! Music will be provided by the Katrice Lacour Trio, so have those dancing shoes ready. Breakfast will be provided each morning as part of your room reservation.

The conference registration fee includes for members is $75 for members and $90 for non-members. A late registration fee of $15 will be added to registrations received after September 5, 2024, so please register early. Additionally, there will be a $50 guest fee assessed, if applicable, to cover the associated cost.

Please note: There is no fee due if an individual chooses to only register for the Thursday education provided by the LULST Board, however they will not be able to attend any nightly events or the remainder of the conference on Friday (with the exception of committee meetings).
